    We were lucky to find Langford Built to do a complete renovation for us on our old semi-detached house. There was not much that could be salvaged from the old house and structural adjustments and damp course restorations were needed to the party wall.

    The team at Langford Built not only managed the relationship with the neighbour and the North Sydney council but kept the harmony in our street as well. During the build we were able to adjust certain aspects as we progressed, which is essential for old houses, we were also able to get extra roof height in the lounge room, and an amazing feature wall, making our build all the more unique and special for us. At first we planned to have a different kitchen contractor but the Langford Built team stepped up and exceeded our expectations on the kitchen build too.

    I would highly recommend leaving the entire project in their capable hands. The interior design team worked tirelessly with the wife on the tiniest of details, we couldn't have done it without May. We would definitely recommend Langford Built to anyone looking to build/renovate

    We were recommended by a friend to contact Langford Built to renovate our kitchen, balcony, laundry, bathrooms, carpets and shutters. The team at Langford Built went above and beyond our expectations in designing our dream kitchen, extended our deck and took care of all the landscaping in our backyard to make it an enjoyable usable space for entertaining.

    Since they are licenced builders, they were able to do more than a standard kitchen company when designing our kitchen. They moved a window to improve the layout of the kitchen, and during demolition, they discovered building faults from the original construction and were able to remediate these matters for us. Since they did such a wonderful job with our kitchen and backyard, we requested them to come back a few years later to do a full renovation and re-design of our main bathroom, ensuite and laundry.

Any issues that came up were also resolved quickly, so everything progressed smoothly. A job well done!
